Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

1.1. Agreement: By accessing and using the Ithalab.ai® Services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

1.2. Changes: Ithalab.ai may modify, update, or revise these Terms from time to time. For non-material changes (e.g., formatting, clarifications), updates take effect upon posting. For material changes—including any changes to pricing, payment terms, or the scope of the Services—Ithalab.ai will provide at least thirty (30) days' advance written notice via email to the address associated with your account. If you do not agree to the material changes, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect and receive a pro-rata refund for any unused portion of your current billing period. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of a material change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

User Accounts and Registration

2.1. Creation: To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create a user account. When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information and meet any eligibility criteria. Ithalab.ai reserves the right to refuse registration or cancel an account at its sole discretion.

2.2. Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for any activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Ithalab.ai immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account or any other security breaches.

2.3. Termination: Ithalab.ai may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services if you violate these Terms, engage in any activities that are harmful to Ithalab.ai or its users, or for any other reason at Ithalab.ai's sole discretion. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting Ithalab.ai's customer support.

Intellectual Property Rights

3.1. Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the Ithalab.ai tool, its content, and the Services are owned by Ithalab.ai or its licensors. You acknowledge that you have no right, title, or interest in or to any intellectual property rights associated with the Services, except as granted in these Terms.

3.2. Limited License: Ithalab.ai grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for personal and commercial purposes, subject to your compliance with these Terms.

User Content

4.1. Ownership: You retain all rights and ownership of the content you submit, create, or generate using the Services ("User Content"). Ithalab.ai does not claim any ownership rights in your User Content.

4.2. Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content and any consequences resulting from its use or publication. Ithalab.ai does not endorse or take responsibility for any User Content submitted through the Services.

AutoTyper Feature

5.1. Description: AutoTyper is an optional feature offered through the Ithalab.ai Services that, upon your explicit activation, automates the entry of text you provide into a Google Doc you select, using simulated typing patterns over a duration you choose.

5.2. Authorization and Google Account Permissions: By connecting your Google Account through Google's standard OAuth authorization flow, you authorize Ithalab.ai to: (a) view your primary Google Account email address; (b) associate your activity with basic profile information you have made public on Google; and (c) access specific Google Drive files that you create using AutoTyper or that you explicitly select when initiating an AutoTyper session. AutoTyper does not request, and Ithalab.ai does not access, files in your Google Drive other than those you create with or expressly select for use with the feature. You may review and revoke these permissions at any time through your Google Account security settings.

5.3. Google API Compliance and Data Use: Ithalab.ai's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Ithalab.ai does not use Google user data to develop, train, or improve generalized AI or machine-learning models. Ithalab.ai does not sell your document content, does not generate or modify text in your documents on your behalf (text inserted by AutoTyper is content you supply to Ithalab.ai), and does not access Google Drive files other than those you create with, or expressly select for use with, AutoTyper.

5.4. Authorization to Act on Your Behalf: By activating AutoTyper for a given session, you authorize Ithalab.ai to insert the text you provide into the Google Doc you have selected, on your behalf, for the duration you have specified. Each AutoTyper session requires your explicit activation; Ithalab.ai does not initiate AutoTyper sessions automatically or on a recurring schedule.

5.5. Operation and Token Retention: AutoTyper sessions are executed on Ithalab.ai's servers. You are not required to keep your browser open or remain on the Ithalab.ai site for a session to continue. To enable sessions of extended duration (which may include sessions running for several hours, days, or up to one week, subject to your subscription plan), Ithalab.ai retains your Google authorization tokens for the duration necessary to complete active sessions and until you revoke access or delete your account.

5.6. Realism Settings: You may select among preset realism levels (currently Subtle, Natural, and Heavy) which affect the timing and entry pattern of the text inserted into your Google Doc. You acknowledge and agree that these settings are designed to make AutoTyper-entered text resemble human typing.

5.7. Plan Limits: AutoTyper duration options and word allowances are subject to your active subscription plan. Current limits and tier-specific availability are set forth on the Ithalab.ai pricing page.

5.8. User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for: (a) the text content you provide to AutoTyper; (b) the use of any AutoTyper output for any purpose, including academic submissions, professional work, or any third-party platform; (c) ensuring your use of AutoTyper complies with all applicable rules, policies, and terms of any institution, employer, platform, or third party receiving the output, including academic integrity policies and platform terms of service; and (d) any consequences arising from your use of AutoTyper output. Ithalab.ai makes no representation or warranty regarding the acceptability of AutoTyper output to any third party, including any AI detection system, academic institution, employer, platform, or other recipient.

5.9. Technical Methods: Ithalab.ai reserves the right to modify, update, or replace the technical methods by which AutoTyper delivers its functionality, provided such changes do not materially diminish the user-facing feature described in this Section 5.

5.10. Separate Offers: Any guarantee, promotion, or offer relating to detection bypass, including any "100% Turnitin Bypass Guarantee" or similar offer posted on Ithalab.ai, is governed by its own separate terms and is not modified by this Section 5. Refer to the Refund Policy in Section 10 and any specific guarantee terms posted on the Ithalab.ai website.

Prohibited Uses

6.1. Restrictions: You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or malicious purposes, or in any way that violates these Terms or infringes upon the rights of others.

6.2. Examples: Examples of prohibited uses include, but are not limited to, submitting copyrighted or plagiarized content, using the Services for cheating or academic misconduct, spreading misinformation, harassing or defaming others, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to Ithalab.ai systems or user accounts.

Miscellaneous

7.1. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

7.2. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ithalab.ai concerning the Services and supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether oral or written.

7.3. No Waiver: Ithalab.ai's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision nor the right to enforce it.

Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

8.1. Plans: Ithalab.ai offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Detailed information on available plans and associated fees can be found on our website.

8.2. Processing: Payments for subscriptions are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as specified on our website.

8.3. Cancellation and Automatic Renewal: You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you do not cancel your subscription before the renewal date, it will be automatically renewed, and you will be charged for the next billing period. If you cancel your subscription in response to a notified price change (per Section 8.6), you may continue using the Services at your current price through the end of your then-current billing period and will receive a pro-rata refund for any unused portion if you choose to cancel before the period ends.

8.4. Offers: Ithalab.ai may offer free trials or promotional offers from time to time. The terms and conditions of these offers will be specified at the time of the promotion and may be subject to change.

8.5. Refunds: All purchases are non-refundable except as expressly stated in Sections 8.3 and 8.6. You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. If you are unsatisfied with our services, please contact us at support@ithalab.ai.

8.6. Price Changes: Ithalab.ai may adjust subscription fees from time to time for one or more of the following justified reasons: (a) Material increases in the cost of third-party AI models, APIs, or computing infrastructure used to deliver the Services; (b) Significant enhancements, new features, or expanded capabilities added to the Services; (c) Changes in applicable taxes, regulatory requirements, or compliance obligations; (d) General market conditions, including inflation, changes in the competitive landscape, or adjustments to align pricing with the current value of the Services.

Notification and Consent. Ithalab.ai will provide at least thirty (30) days' advance written notice of any price change via email to the address associated with your account. The notice will state: (i) the new price, (ii) the effective date, (iii) the specific reason(s) for the change from the list above, and (iv) your right to reject the change.

Right to Reject. If you do not wish to accept a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect. You will continue to have access to the Services at your existing price through the end of your then-current billing period. If you cancel within this notice period, you will receive a pro-rata refund for any unused portion of your billing period.

Acceptance. A price change applies to your account only if: (1) you affirmatively accept the new price (e.g., by clicking an acceptance prompt at or before renewal), or (2) after receiving the required 30-day written notice, you do not exercise your right to cancel and your subscription renews into a new billing cycle at the updated price. Ithalab.ai will not charge you at the new price until the start of a new billing cycle that begins on or after the effective date. If Ithalab.ai does not receive your affirmative acceptance and you do not renew, your subscription will end at the close of your current billing period at the existing price.

8.7. AI Model Updates: The Services rely on third-party artificial intelligence models that are periodically updated, replaced, or upgraded by their providers. When Ithalab.ai adopts a new or updated underlying AI model that materially increases our operating costs, Ithalab.ai may adjust subscription fees in accordance with Section 8.6. In such cases, the notice provided under Section 8.6 will identify the model change and explain its impact on pricing. Ithalab.ai will make commercially reasonable efforts to absorb minor cost fluctuations without passing them to subscribers.

Subscriptions, Cancellation, and Billing Disputes

9.1. Plain-English Summary: You can cancel your Ithalab.ai subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund prior billing periods unless required by law. Ithalab.ai subscriptions renew automatically at the disclosed price and billing frequency until you cancel.

9.2. Recurring Charges and Automatic Renewal: By subscribing to a Ithalab.ai paid plan, you authorize Ithalab.ai to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the disclosed price and billing frequency, without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until you cancel in accordance with this Section 9. Your subscription will continue and automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle until canceled.

9.3. Disclosure of Recurring Billing Terms: Ithalab.ai clearly and conspicuously discloses, at the point of subscription and again in this Section 9: (a) the existence of recurring charges; (b) the amount of the recurring charge and the billing frequency (monthly or annual, as selected at signup); (c) the method by which you may cancel before the next billing cycle, as described in Section 9.4; and (d) that cancellation stops future charges but does not retroactively refund prior billing periods unless required by law.

9.4. How to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your Ithalab.ai account and selecting the cancellation option in your account settings. Cancellation through the account dashboard is designed to be at least as easy as signup. Upon confirmation, no further recurring charges will be made; you retain access through the end of your then-current billing period unless otherwise required by law.

Cancellation requests submitted through any other means — including contact forms, social media messages, phone calls, chargebacks, or verbal communications — do not constitute valid cancellation under these Terms.

9.5. California and New York Residents: If you reside in California or New York, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard in the manner described in Section 9.4. Dashboard cancellation complies with applicable automatic-renewal and consumer-protection laws in those jurisdictions, including the California Automatic Renewal Law (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §§ 17600 et seq.) and the New York General Business Law §§ 527-a and 527-b. Upon confirmation, no further recurring charges will be made, subject to any access remaining through the end of your current billing period unless otherwise required by law.

9.6. No Implied, Retroactive, or Constructive Cancellation: Cancellation is not retroactive and will not be implied from: (a) non-use of the Services; (b) failed or reversed payments; (c) account inactivity; (d) support communications that do not clearly request cancellation; or (e) any action other than completion of the dashboard cancellation flow described in Section 9.4. Only cancellations completed in accordance with this Section 9 are valid.

9.7. Failed Payments, Retries, and Outstanding Balances: If a payment fails, is reversed, charged back, or otherwise remains unpaid, the resulting balance is an amount owed to Ithalab.ai. To prevent unintended service interruptions, Ithalab.ai may attempt to recover failed or past-due payments using industry-standard billing and retry practices, including Stripe Smart Retries. Ithalab.ai reserves the right, at any time and without limitation, to: (a) retry failed or past-due payments using the payment method on file in accordance with our payment processor's retry, dunning, and recovery logic; (b) issue new or updated invoices for outstanding balances; (c) reactivate delinquent or suspended subscriptions following successful payment recovery or retry; (d) continue billing for previously incurred subscription periods that were not successfully paid; and (e) pursue any other lawful means of collection permitted by applicable law. You authorize Ithalab.ai to securely store and continue to use your payment credentials for these purposes unless expressly prohibited by applicable law. Recovered payments, successful retries, or reactivation of a delinquent subscription do not reset billing cycles or create a new subscription unless expressly confirmed by you.

9.8. Billing Disputes and Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or card reversal with your card issuer does not constitute cancellation under this Section 9 and does not relieve you of the obligation to pay valid charges incurred. Ithalab.ai reserves the right to submit evidence to payment processors and card networks in response to any chargeback or dispute, including but not limited to: account access logs, IP addresses, device identifiers, billing disclosures, your acceptance of these Terms, the cancellation policy and instructions set forth in this Section 9, prior usage of the Services, and any cancellation confirmation emails sent to you.

For purposes of billing disputes or payment-processor reviews, the effective cancellation date is the date on which a valid cancellation is completed and confirmed in your account in accordance with Section 9.4.

9.9. Cancellation Confirmation: Upon successful cancellation, Ithalab.ai will send a confirmation email to the email address associated with your account, stating: (a) the date your cancellation was processed; (b) the plan canceled; (c) the date through which your access continues; and (d) the date of your most recent billing and the amount charged. You agree that this email constitutes notice of cancellation for purposes of any subsequent billing dispute.

9.10. Survival: This Section 9 survives cancellation, termination, or expiration of your account with respect to any charges incurred prior to cancellation and any obligations of payment recovery.

Refund Policy

10.1. Policy Updates: Ithalab.ai reserves the right to alter and update this Refund Policy from time to time. You are encouraged to review this policy periodically.

10.2. Free Plan: Ithalab.ai offers a free plan that allows users to try the Service before purchasing a subscription.
